Mt Field 2 was created with my love and interest in Wilderness. Its wild places both inspire and humble me. I like the tension that is created between wilderness and man-made landscapes. There is a boundary here between the safe, familiar and the uncontrolled

Mt Field was a commissioned TV cabinet. The brief was to create a storage unit for the clients TV and HIFI equipment that could be hidden when not being used.

This chaise was inspired by ants and their attraction to sugar (namely bottled fruit). The leather upholstery was created to replicate the way fruit is arranged in glass jars.

Jimmy chair was created for an exhibition that celebrated the Tasmanian chair maker from the 1890’s Jimmy Possum who was known for his unique style of joinery and use of readily made materials.
